IEELS designs and delivers courses on environmental regulation of the energy and natural resource sector. Courses have been developed and delivered for the University of Calgary Environmental Management Certificate Program on twelve occasions over the past six years. Courses have also been developed and delivered for the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology Environmental Technology Program and Mount Royal College. In 2001, an energy and environmental law course to delivered via computer , web and email within Latin America and the Caribbean was also developed for the University of Calgary/Association of Latin American Energy Ministries (OLADE) Energy and Environment Project.
